One- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 630 to 1,500 square feet; over 150 houses ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 square feet. Construction will soon start on our fourth neighborhood in The Woods.
Our Pet Philosophy: We realize how important pets are to our residents, providing companionship and love. We welcome most pets to our community!

Exercise: At Cornwall Manor, there are many beautiful walking paths and trails to exercise dogs.
Are residents’ visitors permitted to bring their pets on campus? Yes.
In case of emergency: A resident must have a person designated to be the caregiver of his or her pet in cases of emergency. However, we do have some staff available to provide short-term help, if needed.
Paperwork/certifications: A pet registration is needed. All pets must be up to date on all shots/vaccinations, and records must be given to our Resident Services Department.
Is the design of your residences pet-friendly? Yes, some are designed with pets in mind.
