In the Lyet Lobby through March 25, works by INTO LIGHT, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to erasing the stigma of the disease of drug addiction, will display 32 graphite portraits drawn of people tragically lost to the opioid epidemic in Pennsylvania, accompanied by written narratives about their lives. Through its work in communities across the county, INTO LIGHT hopes to provide a platform for support, education, and connection.
In honor of the exhibit, We The People First Friday will host Aspects of Opioid Addiction and Prevention – Community Panel Discussion, live-streamed for FREE via Zoom on Friday, March 5, 2021, from 7 – 8:30 P.M.
