The North Museum of Nature and Science will welcome Lancaster Mayor Danene Sorace as special guest for it’s STEM Storytime early childhood program on February 5th at 10AM. The museum has recently updated it’s Storytime space which includes both picture and informational books as well as hands on interactive activities designed for the museum’s younger visitors.
Mayor Sorace will read and visit with attendees from 10-10:30AM, with the museum opening early for the day at 9AM. Guests will enjoy a reading of the award winning What Do You Do With an Idea? By Kobi Yamada and be invited to participate in STEM based early childhood activities after the story. The program is a walk-in program and included with museum admission ($9 adult, $8 children 3-17/seniors and FREE for museum members and children under age 3).
