The Greystone Giddy Up
On Saturday, September 12th, Greystone Manor Therapeutic Riding Center (GMTRC), a therapeutic riding center for adults and children with special needs located on Hartman Station Road in Lancaster, will hold its annual Horse Show. This year’s show is titled “The Greystone Giddy Up” and will feature a western theme. Attendance is free and open to the public. The show is made possible by 19 class sponsors and 34 additional sponsors and advertisers.
The horse show will feature 34 riders demonstrating their achievements in horseback riding and horsemanship over the year. Each students’ instructor and volunteer team will be on site to cheer on the riders. Board Member and Equestrian Marilu Garofola will serve as the judge. The first class starts at 9:00 AM and the show runs until about 3:30 PM. Food will be available on the grounds. Guests are encouraged to socially distance and wear face coverings whenever possible.
