Within its 210 meticulously landscaped acres on two campuses, Willow Valley Communities offers a seemingly endless array of award-winning amenities and choices for today’s seniors. An 80,000-square-foot Cultural Center includes state-of-the-art fitness and aquatic centers, day spa, art gallery, art studio, 500-seat performing arts theater, and a multitude of educational spaces for classes, lectures, and presentations. Willow Valley Communities’ 30,000-square-foot Clubhouse features a bowling alley, vintage arcade, golf simulator, outdoor pool and tennis courts, fitness center, and sports center.
Residential Options:
With over 90 different residence floor plans, there is something for everyone at Willow Valley Communities. Whether it’s a spacious 3,200-square-foot townhome, or a smartly designed apartment, Willow Valley Communities offers a wide variety of striking residences. Beautifully appointed, they include distinctive, high-end features. Residents can customize their new home at the community’s Design Studio, which offers personal design and transition services.

On-Campus Activities:
In addition to the Cultural Center and the Clubhouse, Willow Valley Communities offers many other beautiful spaces where residents can meet, relax, and enjoy. The VUE, the fabulous rooftop lounge at The Vistas, has magnificent views of both Lancaster City and the Lancaster countryside. Chautauqua Hall is a one of-a-kind performance and entertainment location. With its stage and professional entertainment light and sound package, it hosts a wide variety of events such as dances, parties, lectures, meetings, and more.
Additionally, at Willow Valley Communities, more than 100 clubs, craft and art studios, woodworking shops, gardening plots, stocked fishing ponds, and model railroad platforms allow residents to participate as they wish. Willow Valley Communities’ 11 distinct culinary venues feature locally sourced ingredients to satisfy every palate.
Health/Fitness:
Willow Valley Communities believes in a Mind, Body, Spirit approach to health and fitness. State-of-the-art fitness and aquatic centers, outdoor pool and tennis courts and a sports center are available to all residents, their families and their guests. Resident Therapy Pets: A number of Willow Valley Communities’ residents volunteer with their pets in the Lancaster community.

Weight/size limit: Residents at Willow Valley Communities may have up to two dogs over 35 pounds.
Are there designated areas on campus for dogs to exercise? Willow Valley Communities has two secure dog parks – one on each campus. In addition, there are miles of scenic walking paths for residents to walk their dogs.
Does your community plan/host/sponsor special pet-related activities? The pet owners’ community at Willow Valley Communities is a very close-knit group. They often get together with their pets for social activities.
Are residents’ visitors permitted to bring pets on campus? Yes.
In case of emergency: Connections at Home VIA Willow Valley offers professional pet-sitting and dog-walking services. Also, since Willow Valley Communities’ pet owners are a very close group, there is always someone willing to help in emergencies.
If emergency pet-care services are not available, is your community able to provide references? Yes.
Is there a pet-supply store located within or near your community? Yes.
Do you allow or make available visits from mobile veterinary practices? Yes.
