Lancaster Farm Sanctuary Auction/Gala

You Are Invited!

On September 3rd we will be holding our third annual Auction and Gala at the sanctuary! We are thrilled to be hosting this festive, fun event once again. All proceeds go toward further rescues and care for the animal residents of Lancaster Farm Sanctuary.

This event is an outdoor dinner with an open bar and live music by The Wile Hymns! Feel free to bring your own blankets and find a lovely spot around the sanctuary near the residents to share and enjoy an evening. We will also have tables/chairs set up.

There will be an auction with lots of fabulous items to bid on to help us support our work for animals! Bidding is online this year with some special live bidding items that only ticket holders and attendees will have the opportunity to win!

Tickets include:

• A delicious plant-based dinner & dessert by Algorithm Food Truck (based in Philly).
• Open Bar with beer, wine, and N/A beverages
• A fun night outside with brilliant live music by the Wild Hymns, lots of animal friends, and an incredible auction!
• Self-guided tours around the sanctuary with tour guides stationed in different areas around the farm.

Rules:

• Do not feed the animals
• Do not enter gated areas
• Please drive slowly to and from the sanctuary
• Bidding ends at 7:30 and will be processed on the website. Any bids won from guests at the gala can be taken that night otherwise items will be shipped.

Please note: All tickets are non-refundable. If the Auction/Gala is rescheduled due to a state of emergency or rain, all tickets will be valid for the new date set.
