This annual event invites gardeners to cull their flower beds of excess perennials and exchange them for other plants. How it works is you bring potted and tagged plants (perennials only) to the exchange and received a ticket for each donation. The donated plants are then organized into categories at which time you can use your tickets to select new varieties.
