Rhubarb Dessert

As provided to the Lancaster Co. Amish Cookbook by Mrs. Barbara Lapp

Ingredients

• 4 cups rhubarb
• 1 cup sugar
• 2-3/4 cups water
• 1 6oz. package of strawberry jello

Directions

Cook rhubarb, sugar and water till tender. Remove from heat and add jello. Chill.
