Range of Services:
As the people who have joined Pleasant View Communities, as well as those who are on our waiting list, know – we listen. We believe that it is your retirement, your way, so we offer flexible dining and living options in addition to a continuum of health care.
Residential Options:
Two new choices – what’s your preference?
West Lawn: 36 carefully crafted apartment homes with open floorplans, balconies or patios, and all of the amenities on 52 beautiful acres in Manheim are just steps away from some of the finest people in Pennsylvania – your Pleasant View neighbors.
The Lofts at Lititz Springs: 32 artfully designed residences surrounded by restaurants, arts and entertainment, shops and a calendar filled with festivals are located right in Lititz, the best in small-town living.
On-Campus Activities:
Whether it’s strolling the streets of downtown Lititz before returning to your loft-style apartment or engaging in lively conversation at Hearth and Harrow in Manheim, Pleasant View’s “campus” is wherever you want it to be.
Health/Fitness:
Staying fit is a key component of lifelong health. At PVFiT, membership is included for Pleasant View residents, as well as community members ages 40 and up. A wide range of exercise options are available, including cardio and strength-training equipment, indoor heated saltwater pool, group exercise classes, HydroRider® aquatic fitness bikes, Aqua Stand Up®paddle boards, Full Swing™ Golf Simulator, whirlpool, and traditional cedar sauna.
Our Pet Philosophy: Pets and their positive and caring energy make an immense impact in improving the overall mood and quality of life for those who live and work on Pleasant View’s campus. Animals can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and increase social interaction and physical activity. Also, pets help remind their human companions to live in the present and embrace each day.
We welcome: Dogs, cats, birds and fish.
Restrictions: Pets can live in independent living apartments and cottages and can visit personal care and nursing care.
