July 4th Food Truck Festival & Fireworks

The City of Harrisburg is hosting the July 4th Food Truck Festival & Fireworks. The event will feature 50 food trucks, live music, a wine/beer garden, free kids’ activities such as an inflatable obstacle course & giant slide, face painting, balloon animals, baby goat cuddling from 3-5 pm, Imaginary Friends Puppet Shows at 3pm & 4 pm, Bubble Magic Show & Interactive Bubbles from 5:30pm-8:30pm, and Kid’s Dance Party with ribbon wands from 7:30pm-8:30pm. The PHFA fireworks display will illuminate the Riverfront at approximately 9:15 p.m.

There is free street parking for the holiday, $5 parking on City Island, $10 parking from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. at the Market Square Garage courtesy of Park Harrisburg. Free bike parking at Walnut & Front Street courtesy of Recycle Bicycle, with the train station being a short 3 block walk away.
