Join YWCA Lancaster as they honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a children’s book reading to inspire young activists to make a more equitable future together! We will have cupcakes, crafts, and more! Registration is required to attend the event!
Reading will take place in the main lobby and activities will be provided in the Maureen Powers Room at YWCA Lancaster.
Community members will be reading “Child of the Civil Rights Movement” By Paula Young Shelton.
Parents can pick from the following books from YWCA Lancaster when they register to take home, while supplies last:
