Enjoy Columbia’s carnival-themed Fourth Friday Celebration! The event will feature popcorn, cotton candy, live music, chalk art, games, face painting, a balloon artist, food trucks, a dunk tank, wine tastings, Ms. Agriculture, prizes and more. The band (Blessing and Fowler) will be located on the 300 block of Locust Street along with two food trucks. One food truck will serve ice cream and the other is Halo’s Kitchen. Chalk art will be located in the parking lot of the former Wells Fargo.
