FIRST COURSE:

Cider Poached Pears with Vanilla Mascarpone

Tart, cranberry hard cider poached pears. Served with mascarpone and reduced poaching liquid syrup.

 

SECOND COURSE:

Crab and Corn Arancini with Diablo Marinara

Crab and corn combined in classic arancini and served with a spicy marinara.

 

THIRD COURSE:

Fennel Citrus Salad with Burrata and Toasted Hazelnuts

Oranges and blood oranges balance creamy burrata, with fennel and hazelnuts for crunch.

 

FOURTH COURSE:

Triple Chutney Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potato Mash

Thyme and rosemary roasted pork. Served with sweet potatoes and apple, cranberry, and blueberry chutneys.

 

FIFTH COURSE:

Spiced Belgian Waffle Topped with Butter Pecan Ice Cream and Caramel Stout.
