Early spring is a great season for some outdoor fun! After an introduction to the of our handheld GPS units, participants receive a list of GPS coordinates and hints for specific manmade and natural features within the area between the Environmental Center, Williamson, and skate park areas of Central Park. Visit as many as you can within the time allowed and reconvene to share results at the end with Naturalist Mary Ann Schlegel. Bring a water bottle and dress to walk a couple miles on terrain ranging from rocky trails to open fields.
