Friends of the Elizabethtown Public Library will hold its Spring Book Sale from March 24, 2026 to March 28, 2026 in the lower level of the Elizabethtown Public Library at 10 South Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA. Customers are encouraged to bring their own bag except on Bag Day sale days. Available for sale are adult hardback and paperback fiction, biography, history, cookbooks, non-fiction, hardback and paperback children’s books, CDs and DVDs.
Preview Day is Tuesday, March 24 from 2PM-7PM. Admission is $10 per person or free with a Friends Membership. All other dates are free to the public. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday March 25- 27, hours are 9AM-7PM; Saturday, March 28 hours are 9AM-4PM. Special Fill a Bag days are Friday ($12 a bag) and Saturday ($6 a bag).
On Preview Day, Tuesday, March 24th, your $10 admission offers a special opportunity to get a first look at over 10,000 books before the sale is open to the public.
All proceeds benefit the Elizabethtown Public Library. Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted.
This Friends fundraising event not only supports the Elizabethtown Library but offers the community an opportunity to purchase all categories of books, CDs and DVDs at affordable prices. You can support the Library year round by becoming a Friends Member. Membership is only $10 a year, and runs January to December. Friends Members are eligible for free admission to Preview Days during our Book Sales and receive a 15% discount on book, CD and DVD purchases throughout the year in the bookstore.
